As a senior executive, coach, mentor, and advisor, I  leverage my experience to steer organizations toward success by employing an integrated approach encompassing core growth workstreams: strategy, marketing, sales, client experience, and philanthropy.

 Why

In organizational leadership, the imperative "why" is my guiding force. My professional journey is rooted in the belief that organizations should and must grow for profitability to make a meaningful impact by giving back to all the key stakeholders in multiple ways.  

In B2B services, particularly in software engineering, consulting, and coaching, I have successfully led organizations ranging from $1 to $25 million in revenue, cultivating a global reach across LATAM, Asia, and Eastern Europe.

A notable use case that underscores my proficiency is the transformative journey of Itexico. As the growth leader, I spearheaded a comprehensive go-to-market strategy, elevating the market positioning, refining messaging, and crafting their top-line revenue plan. This encompassed the meticulous orchestration of the right people, processes, and resources necessary for seamless execution.

 

The result was a remarkable growth trajectory of more than $200 million in revenue captured, propelling Itexico from a $5 million annual revenue run rate to $24 million in just seven years. I played a crucial role in integrating a strategic acquisition and expanding the workforce from 50 employees to a team of more than 500.

In pursuing growth, I adopted a multifaceted approach emphasizing leadership, teaching, and encouragement. As we expanded and integrated the marketing, sales, and client experience teams, I introduced proven frameworks such as revenue planning, OKRs, Key account planning, and NPS. At the same time, I provided hands-on teaching, coaching, and mentoring, fostering a culture of continuous learning, development, and accountability. I encouraged individuals to take ownership and calculated risks, acknowledging success through praise, rewards, and failures mitigated through additional training, coaching, and mentoring.

Giving Back

Beyond corporate success, my commitment to giving manifests in several dimensions. Itexico grew to become one of the top brands in Mexico, earning the trust and recognition of critical stakeholders, including government entities, academia, employees, and clients. Our financial success enabled us to make multi-million dollar investments in infrastructure and talent. Profits were not just a measure of success but a means to make tangible commitments to support local communities, addressing pressing issues such as the challenges faced by single mothers and fostering educational initiatives.


We reciprocated by giving back our time, talent, and treasure to local universities as we attained industry leadership. A particular emphasis was placed on empowering and uplifting the next generation of women leaders in the field of IT, reflecting our dedication to lifting an underserved community in the marketplace.
